ATLANTIC CO. -- The Atlantic County Office of Emergency Management is lifting the travel ban on all roadways effective as of noon Sunday. Motorists are once again permitted to drive on the roadways, however, are encouraged to use extreme caution as many streets are still being cleared.

Fargo is included in a travel alert that the North Dakota Department of Transportation issued this afternoon for portions of the southeastern part of the state. Portions of Minnesota are also under a winter storm warning.
